Bravo Minerals takes protecting our clients and their sensitive information seriously. We urge you to be aware of potential fraudulent behavior by malicious parties using the Bravo Minerals brand.

Fraudulent Use of the Bravo Minerals Brand

Attempts have been made to defraud International Mineral Buyers by the unauthorized use of the Bravo Minerals name and brand via email communications and graphics which appear, on the surface, to have originated from Bravo Minerals.

In most cases the communications concern the sale of gold and the preparation of export documents for various Precious Metals whereby cash payments are always requested for and fake government revenue and/or customs documents are subsequently issued to the unsuspecting client.

Please be advised that Bravo Minerals does not request for government revenue and customs payments in this manner. All government revenue payments are payable directly to the respective revenue authority through a local bank and the revenue authority issues an Assessment Form clearly indicating the amount due prior to the payment.  Bravo Minerals only collects money due for the company’s official shipping related expenses.

This security notice does not negate the obligation of a client to pay freight, customs, handling or similar charges, in circumstances where these charges are properly payable through the company ahead of delivery.
